Kensington Green invited 5 companies to tender for the replacement of our 13 lifts. Griffin Elevators were on the short list of 3 companies for consideration. After interviewing the three candidates, the committee decided to recommend the lowest tender, pending site visits. Site visits were carried out on all three companies, we found that the lowest tendering company would be unsuitable due to poor quality workmanship.
Griffin Elevators were the second lowest tenderer. We were allowed access to inspect their sites randomly and speak privately to their existing clients. All of the sites we visited spoke highly of Griffin Elevators with regards to installation, quality workmanship and ongoing maintenance. Our lifts have been installed on time and in budget. It is our intention to remain with Griffin Elevators for the ongoing maintenance of the lifts.
